Hello Pankaj,
This Kind of Error can occur due to multiple Reasons.

A Sudden Dis-connectivity Could have lead to this Error.
You can retry Again from `Install the Base System`

If Problem Persists.
Delete this SafeSquid VM completely and then Start Fresh.
