Hello Tariq,
A Quick Answer.
Looks like you viewed an older article for ssh key setup or you switched to a SSH-1 Version(Older Version) while generating ssh keys
Which tool did you use to generate ssh keys? PuTTYgen?
Please make sure you don't use RSA (SSH-1 Version) option in "Type of key generation"
Please refer the screenshot for better understanding
Also search on the same error line to understand why you got the problem
Google Search: "Unable to use key file : (SSH-1 Private Key)"
