How to test whether you have blocked cookies or not

I followed the steps mentioned on this link to block the transfer of cookies in websites:

How to actually test whether this policy is working or not?
Try logging in to Google.com, or facebook.com. If your policy is working fine, you will receive the following notification:
There are also certain websites that do not allow you to view it if you've blocked cookies. For example, canva.com:
Stackoverflow.com allows you access to their website, but there will be no exchange of cookies. When you go to the website for the first time, it asks you to accept cookies. If you try to click on it, nothing happens. The function is disabled because of the policy.
