To Configure Safesquid In The Way That TLS 1.2 Is Enabled On Client PC's

Is it possible to configure SafeSquid in the way that TLS 1.2 is enabled on client PCs but client PCs can access a website which supports only TLS 1.0? Currently if both TLS1.2 and TLS 1.0 are enabled on a client PC, it cannot display the website which supports only TLS 1.0.
