UNABLE TO INSTALL SAFESQUID VIA TAR FILE

I entered the IP address of the ubuntu server in putty, then the putty terminal is opened.
After that, I am trying to download the tar file as given in the documentation: https://docs.safesquid.com/wiki/Setup_Y ... stribution. But I am getting following error.
