Hello,

Inorder to Create and Run Virtual Machine you need to First Enable Virtualization Technology in your Processor using the BIOS
Every Machine/Laptop whether it is AMD/Intel will have Virtualization Settings in their BIOS

To enable it Go To Bios [For Different Machines there will be a different key to go to bios]
Go To Advance Configuration and Enable the Virtualization Setting

For Some Machines it will be fairly very easy [Intel]
A Option like: "Virtualization" will be present ENABLE it

For Some Machines [Intel]
A Option like: "Intel Virtualization VTx" will be present ENABLE it

For Some Machines [AMD]
A Option like: "SVM Mode" will be present ENABLE it
A Option like: "AMD SVM" will be present ENABLE it
etc like or similar options will be present like "AMD Virtualization Technology"

Please find Keywords that match like: SVM, Virtualization, VTx etc

After Enabling it, you will be able to see the Result in Task Manager -> Performance -> Select CPU [Right Bottom]
As shown in Screenshot below.
