Currently without any details on the Topic i am not able to understand your requirement clearly
But i would like to add few Important points and links for you to understand:
SafeSquid can be integrated with any LDAP Server
Whether it is:
1) OpenLDAP [created by OpenLDAP Project]
2) Microsoft AD [created by Microsoft]
The Documentation explains that you can use ANY LDAP Server and connect it with SafeSquid
[i.e In Short: LDAP Users can be Fetched using SafeSquid and then it can be used for User Based Policy Creation]
