As i can see in the First Screenshot About
The RootDSE is incorrect in that Please you should see your BaseDN
I think you have done some mis-configuration while trying to create a LDAP Connection Profile in LDAP Admin
Please revisit the LDAP Connection Profile in LDAP Admin
Also please share detailed info i.e step by step with screenshot of the problem faced by you
