Unable to connect to the SafeSquid proxy server

After typing www.safequid.cfg , I was getting the message that I am unbale to access the Proxy server of Safesquid.

I tried to change the proxy network in the ubuntu operating system. Screenshot 3.png

I also tried to change the proxy setting on the web browser. Screenshot 4.png

After doing these changes I was getting below result
