Unable to install on VM

Post by alirazaKhan97 » Wed Jun 14, 2023 9:50 am

I encountered while attempting to install the SafeSquid Appliance Builder ISO on my virtual machine. Following the documented instructions meticulously, I successfully added the ISO to the VM and proceeded with the standard installation process. However, upon completion and subsequent restart, I found myself redirected back to the initial installation page, which I encountered during the first installation attempt. Regrettably, despite making a second attempt, I was unable to resolve this matter independently.

This may occur if the Virtual CD-ROM that was used for the SAB-ISO was not automatically disconnected / ejected on reboot post-installation.
So just disconnect the CD-ROM on your virtual machine, and reboot it.
