How to Get Effective results from Network Bonding

Hello All,
I am stuck at a problem, where I need some help

Problem Description:
In my setup, I have 4 Network Interface namely em2,em3,em4,em5
I want optimal network performance.
To get that, I have done the setup of Network Bonding

Scenario
We have done a Setup of SafeSquid-SWG at one of our Client Location
The Client has attached 4 NIC to the VM Running SafeSquid-SWG
Over here the setup is:

3 NIC [em2, em4, em5] are Combined and a BOND Interface is formed named as bond0 which will be used to receive incoming data from Client
1 NIC [em3] will be used to Send/Receive Data from the Internet

I am using Bond6 [Adaptive Load Balancing]

Am I getting the most Optimal Performance or is there a way to more optimise it.
